Nas cobran\u00e7as movidas pelo Fisco, a primeira execu\u00e7\u00e3o fiscal definiria a compet\u00eancia para a mesma opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A medida busca evitar decis\u00f5es divergentes sobre tributos com regras semelhantes e a multiplica\u00e7\u00e3o de processos decorrente da tributa\u00e7\u00e3o no destino, com o Comit\u00ea Gestor representando os entes subnacionais. Tamb\u00e9m se prop\u00f5e uma turma de uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o com seis desembargadores federais e seis estaduais, preservada a compet\u00eancia do STJ. O modelo exige mudan\u00e7as constitucionais e processuais. A consulta vai at\u00e9 16 de novembro.
