O jornal VALOR ECON\u00d4MICO informa sobre detalhamento feito pela Receita Federal, em instru\u00e7\u00e3o normativa, a respeito de como ser\u00e1 a cobran\u00e7a do adicional de 10% de IRPJ e CSLL para empresas no lucro presumido, criado pela Lei Complementar n\u00ba 224\/2025. A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 2.306\/2026, publicada semana passada, confirmou que o adicional incidir\u00e1 trimestralmente sobre a parcela da receita<\/a> que ultrapassar R$ 1,25 milh\u00e3o por trimestre, para contribuintes com faturamento anual acima de R$ 5 milh\u00f5es. Na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de tributaristas ouvidos pelo jornal, a regra antecipa a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o e tende a gerar disputas judiciais, j\u00e1 que a lei fala em receita anual, enquanto a Receita adotou a l\u00f3gica de apura\u00e7\u00e3o trimestral, t\u00edpica do lucro presumido. A cobran\u00e7a extra foi institu\u00edda como contrapartida \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o de 10% nos benef\u00edcios fiscais federais e afeta empresas que, n\u00e3o enquadradas no Simples, podem optar pelo lucro presumido desde que n\u00e3o ultrapassem R$ 78 milh\u00f5es de faturamento anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
